What are you going to do with all that felt lol???

This really is a quick post I just wanted to show my latest creation......Kerry asked the question so I felt I needed to explain.......

I have only just made this one tonight and photography isn't great - but the story goes 'I made myself a felt Poppy for Remembrance Day this year - and it spiralled out of control from there - people were stopping me in the street to ask where I'd bought it !!! Since then friends have bought the flowers - as didn't think Poppies were appropriate after - so I die cut a Tim Holz flower die and have since sold in excess of 150 !!!!! '

Thanks for stopping by and leaving your lovely comments....

SU Mini Pack........

Just a short blog today - my MIL has now been taken into Wisdom Hospice to monitor her and to try and get her medication right - she has been so poorly this week it's just not fair.....

My SU demonstrator sent me a mini pack with my last order and this is what I came up with......

...... I am making a picture book for my MIL as she is very low and wanted to remind her of all the good times we've had over the years - and found this little one of Lewis and Eleanor (who are now 12 and 10) and so wanted to rewind time :D

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your comments - I love receiving them all :)

Much love

What would I do......

......without crafting.....went on an 8 mile power walk this morning to clear my head - and got back home and swear if I didn't craft I would have just gone back to bed and slept until school pick up time - but instead went into my craft room and my mood turned around pretty quickly. Listening to Take That it was 3.10pm before I knew it :)

My card today is simple but I thought it came out quite nice....

Something completely different....

A few years ago I began to make jewellery - as John works away alot and found myself with two young children going to bed at 7pm and me being alone all evening. I had been making cards for sometime and a friend just said 'have you ever tried jewellery?' so I took the plunge and thought I would share a some with you ......hope you don't mind.

Thank you for dropping by and your lovely blog comments

A Card for Down Under....

A beautiful frosty morning here today minus 0.2 degrees
 - the heating was certainly on today......
I have had a major sort out in my craft room today
and still a long way to go....will need to be stronger in future when it comes to buying things 'that I can't live without'

My Aunty who lives in New South Wales, Australia will be 73 next week - I have made this card for her - hope she likes it. Again I used my SU colour guide for the colours combination and love it.

Christmas preparations.....

I don't know about you but every year I leave my Christmas cards to the last minute and make a resolution I won't do it again next year - but guess what ???!!!

So last week I spent a whole day digi-stamping and colouring - glamour dusting, glossy accenting and feel much happier - just need a day to tie ribbons and stick stick stick and at least then I will know where I'm up to.

Here is one creation using an LCI digi stamp - I sparkled the icing on the Christmas pudding and flocked the Santa's hat and was really pleased with the result.

I would like to enter this into LCI Challenge of the week.
